photoshoot reservation

All professional photography sessions (portrait, special occasion, commercial, editorial, etc.) require a photoshoot reservation and must pay a reservation fee of $100 per hour, prior to the session. Reservations must be made 1 month in advance and the fee must be paid upon session confirmation from the Meeting Green team. Photoshoots can only take place outside of our business hours. A Meeting Green team member will be present to assist as needed and ensure the guidlines below are followed.

1. ​Handle all plants and displays with care

2. Ensure the garden center is left clean and tidy

3. Arrive to your resservation on time

4. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 48 hours in advance for a full refund
